1. Shipping methods
We ship via international package carriers such as DHL or UPS. For orders with a volume greater than 1 cubic meter, we may utilize sea freight, depending on your location.
2. Discount of postage
As VIP members of several international express companies, we can offer our customers preferential shipping rates. For instance, if we are VIP members of EMS, we can avail of a 30% discount from the total cost of shipping at the post office.
3. Shipping & delivery time
Upon placing an order, we will conduct a thorough review and send you an invoice within 24 hours. Loyal customers will receive priority, and any items we have in stock will be prepared for shipping. The invoice will include accurate postage charges, and once payment is complete, we will dispatch your order within 1 working day. For new customers, we usually ship your parcel within 2 working days.
Shipping generally takes 3-4 working days worldwide with UPS, 5-7 working days with EMS (except Russia), and 4-5 working days with TNT/DHL. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
If a product is out of stock, it may take 3-15 days to replenish the stock. We will notify you via email, and no further processes will be done until we receive your reply. You can choose to exchange or cancel the order as per your preference.
For items in stock, they are ready to ship. Customized samples take 7-10 working days, customized with logos takes 10-20 working days, and own-designed customized products take 35 working days after confirming the PP sample.
Please note that there may be delays in delivery due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
4. Calculated the postage
Our postage fees are calculated based on the weight of the items you purchase. This means that you can save more on shipping by buying more items at once! For instance, when shipping with EMS express, the postage fee for 1 or 5 items in the same package is almost the same. Additionally, the heavier your parcel is, the cheaper the shipping cost per kilogram becomes.
5. The shipping cost
The shipping costs of your order will be determined by factors such as the weight of the products, delivery method (EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS, or sea transit), and the destination country. Thus, it’s challenging to provide you with an exact shipping fee before you place your order. For instance, a suit weighs approximately 0.26kg, while a T-shirt weighs about 0.14kg/pc.
You can choose your preferred shipping company, and we will also suggest the most suitable way for you after checking all the express options. If you’re dissatisfied with our shipping fee, you’re free to use your shipping method and send us the courier/forwarder contact details.
