1.How to deal with, If the item is defective?
We are sorry that the item is defective, and we will actively deal with such incidents. we also need your help.
First: If the item is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Second: please shoot the picture of the item is defective, and then send the picture to us by email, so that I could submit them to our Technical Director, after she check and agree, we will add the news to your next order for free.
Third: if we could not Identification. All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. But in order to compensation for the loss of customers, through our assessment we will give your some more discounts on the next order.
2. Return or cancellation policy with cooling off period (a time-frame in which the customer may return the goods they have purchased without giving any explanation)
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Regarding to the custom logo/private label order,Return term(2) cooling offer period return is not acceptable.Return term(1) quality defective is still suitable,but for the order amount excesss 10,000USD.we propose to make 3rd party quality inspection by SGS,BV,CCIC etc before goods shipping.in this case,we can avoid and slove all of issue in our factory,buyer only need to focus on selling.
